Tunetribe - Senior Java Developer on Linux/UNIX
This is a permanent role, based in West End, London, posted July 10, 2012.
Tunetribe is an e-commerce site that has been operating since 2005. We are the UK's constantly most affordable mp3 download store and are continuing to expand. To this end we require a full-time member of staff to keep an eye on our backend.
What's needed?
• Core Java Programming experience in Unix/Linux environment.
• Solid understanding of E-Com Application & Object-Oriented design concepts.
• Proficiency with relational database/SQL development.
• Understanding of Tomcat,Maven and other WAR/EAR/JAR building.
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and design skills and an appreciation for the scope and impact of their work.
• A history of on-time delivery and a positive get-it-done attitude.
