Mill Outlets - E-Commerce Manager (Multi-Channel)

About Us
We are a growing multi-channel e-commerce company based in Rugby, Warwickshire with a small team managing our online retail business. We currently sell our products internationally through online channels such as eBay and Amazon and our dedicated E-Commerce website: milloutlets.co.uk. Our current product catalogue includes bedding, chefs wear, knitting products, soft furnishings, curtains, footwear and other household goods.

The Role
As the E-Commerce Manager you will have full responsibility for our online marketing which will include: increasing traffic to all channels; managing and advising on SEO best practices; creating and implementing a social media strategy; measuring and maintaining all organic and PPC marketing campaigns; taking ownership of all website-related projects; tracking and reporting channel metrics and sales; creating and managing online content.

Working closely with the Junior Website Designer, you will be responsible for improving SEO, increasing traffic to our online channels and enhancing the customer experience. This role will also include managing product photography and external copy writers. As a fast-growing business you could also be involved in the running of our existing eBay and Amazon channels so will need to acquire knowledge of how the business is working in these areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who can work on their own initiative

About You
We are looking for applicants with a good understanding of all aspects of the internet marketing and e-commerce who can organise, implement and analyse projects effectively. Ideally you will possess a good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, current best SEO practices, email marketing campaigns, using social media networks for business and be familiar with selling on the Amazon and eBay platforms.

You will need to have great online copy writing skills to enable you to produce compelling and engaging content for our retail channels, company blog and relevant social media networks. You will also need to work closely with other members of our online team so excellent interpersonal skills are an important requirement of this role.

Contract
We would propose an initial 3 months trial period in a 12 month fixed term contract. You would receive a base salary paid monthly for an agreed number of hours per week plus an agreed bonus for hitting revenue targets.

You will be working with and reporting directly to the directors of the company.

Salary

Up to £28k
