Rubric - Part time / freelance Web Developer

We're looking for a (mid-weight to senior) developer to join our small graphic design studio on a project by project basis. We're working on a LAMP stack and are currently lacking in the MSQL/PHP/HTML/JS/CSS department.
Core responsibilities:
• Building front-end templates from our design specs
• Maintaining and developing our custom CMS
Essential Position Requirements:
• LAMP experience
• Skills in semantic, accessible & standards compliant HTML/CSS
• Skills in structuring CSS for readability and maintainability
• Javascript - from scratch and utilising jQuery
• Overall awareness of industry developments
Secondary Requirements:
• Experience using HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience in mobile development (websites and/or apps)
