A growing technology publisher and digital media agency, based in Elstree, is looking for a junior and motivated individual to join the team as an intern.

The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience working in a commercial environment and have the opportunity to increase and put some of their skills into practice. If you want to break into the world of software development then this could be the opportunity for you, working in a fast-paced office with a small but highly skilled team there will be plenty of challenges and opportunities to stretch your skills.

During the internships you will be able to see how projects develop from an issue into a developing solution. Some of the projects will include: web scraping, data management and presentation, filtering and segmenting data so it can be used in a commercial environment and making the odd cup of tea!

The right candidate will be a self-starter, good team player and have existing knowledge of Python, HTML and MySQL/Postgres. Preference for this prestigious internship will be given to those with experience of Git/SVN or any version control system, Django, jQuery and Linux/BSD.
